• A digital passport photo (shared via WhatsApp for visa processing)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Coordinating your visa run pickup and transport
• Processing your Vietnam e-visa application
• Communicating border instructions and timing updates
• Improving our service quality

3. Data Sharing

We share your information only as necessary for service delivery:

• Your passport details and photo may be shared with visa processing agents to submit your e-visa application
• Your pickup location is shared with our driver for transport coordination
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights

4. Data Retention

We retain your booking information for the duration of your visa run and up to 30 days afterward for follow-up and quality assurance. After this period, personal data is deleted from our systems. WhatsApp message history is subject to WhatsApp's own data retention policies.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Communications via WhatsApp are encrypted in transit. Passport images are shared only through secure messaging and are not stored on publicly accessible servers.
