1. Service Overview

SaigonVisaRun.com provides visa run transport services from Ho Chi Minh City to the Moc Bai border crossing. We facilitate transport (private car) and visa processing support. Our services are designed to assist travelers who need to exit Vietnam and re-enter with a new visa.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made via WhatsApp. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise stated. All prices are estimates and may change based on exchange rates, fuel costs, and government fee adjustments.

Cambodia visa-on-arrival fees are paid directly to Cambodian immigration at the border. These government fees are not part of our service fee.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial fee. No-shows forfeit the full service fee. Refund processing may take 5-7 business days.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate passport and visa information at the time of booking
• Bring their original physical passport on the day of travel
• Have a digital passport photo ready (white background)
• Arrive at the pickup location on time
• Send the exit stamp photo immediately after leaving Vietnam
• Ensure their nationality is eligible for a Cambodia visa on arrival
• Carry sufficient cash (USD or VND) for the Cambodia visa fee

5. Limitation of Liability

SaigonVisaRun acts as a transport coordinator. We are not responsible for:

• Border closure or delays due to government actions
• Visa application rejections by Vietnamese or Cambodian immigration
• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer documentation
• Road conditions, traffic, or weather that affect travel time

6. Privacy

Personal information shared during booking (passport details, contact information, location) is used solely for service coordination. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
